Annotatsiya

Maqola tibbiyot oliy ta’lim muassasalari talabalarida klinik tafakkurni rivojlantirishda jamoaga yo‘naltirilgan ta’lim (TBL) samaradorligini baholashga bag‘ishlangan. Klinik tafakkur diagnostik va davolash qarorlarini asosli qabul qilishni ta’minlovchi muhim kasbiy kompetensiya sifatida talqin etiladi. Tadqiqotda Script Concordance Test hamda so‘rovnoma asosida aralash dizayn qo‘llanildi. TBL joriy etilishi individual tayyorgarlik, jamoaviy testlash va klinik holatlarni tahlil qilish bosqichlarini o‘z ichiga oldi. Natijalar klinik tafakkur darajasining statistik jihatdan ahamiyatli oshganini, ayniqsa boshlang‘ich tayyorgarligi o‘rta va past bo‘lgan talabalar orasida yaqqol namoyon bo‘lganini ko‘rsatdi. Tibbiyot ta’limida jamoaga yo‘naltirilgan ta’limni keng joriy etish maqsadga muvofiq ekani xulosa qilindi.
