Ushbu maqolada postnormal davr sharoitida bilimni problemalashtirishning falsafiy, metodologik va ijtimoiy asoslari tahlil qilinadi. Postnormal fan yuqori noaniqlik, qadriyatlar ziddiyati, murakkab ijtimoiy-ekologik tizimlar va keng ko‘lamli xavflar hukmron bo‘lgan vaziyatlarda ilmiy bilishning yangi modeli sifatida talqin etiladi. Tadqiqotda postnormal fanning an’anaviy “normal fan”dan farqli jihatlari, bilim sifati tushunchasining ustuvorlashuvi, kengaytirilgan ekspert hamjamiyati institutining shakllanishi hamda fan demokratlashuvining epistemologik va axloqiy ahamiyati ochib beriladi. Xalqaro va mintaqaviy amaliy tajribalar asosida postnormal yondashuvning ekologik ongni rivojlantirish, ilm-fanga bo‘lgan ishonchni mustahkamlash va barqaror rivojlanish strategiyalarini ishlab chiqishdagi roli asoslab beriladi. Maqolada postnormal fan zamonaviy ekologik va ijtimoiy inqirozlarni anglash hamda ularni hal etishda muhim nazariy-amaliy paradigma ekanligi xulosa qilinadi.
