Kasbiy so‘nishning shaxsning emotsional holati, kasbiy faoliyat samaradorligi va ijtimoiy munosabatlariga ta’siri yoritiladi. Shuningdek, kasbiy so‘nishning emotsional charchash, depersonalizatsiya va shaxsiy yutuqlarni past baholash kabi asosiy komponentlari tavsiflanadi.
