Abstract

This article provides a theoretical analysis of the pedagogical and psychological content of the concepts of environmental education and environmental upbringing. The study highlights the role of environmental education in developing environmental knowledge and competencies, as well as the importance of environmental upbringing in fostering environmental awareness, values, and responsible behavior. The integration of environmental education and upbringing is substantiated as a key factor in shaping environmental culture. The findings contribute to enhancing environmental approaches in education.
