This article explores the pedagogical conditions for developing students’ professional motivation through the systematization of didactic processes. The study analyzes how the integrated organization of learning objectives, content, teaching methods, assessment, and reflection influences students’ professional orientation. A pedagogical model based on the method of pedagogical modeling was developed and experimentally tested at Nizami Uzbekistan National Pedagogical University with the participation of 97 students. The findings demonstrate a significant increase in the level of professional motivation in the experimental group, along with a reduction in low-level indicators. The results confirm that the systematization of didactic processes is an effective pedagogical mechanism for enhancing students’ professional motivation in higher education.
