Abstract

This article analyzes the didactic foundations of working with students with intellectual disabilities in inclusive education. The study analyzes principles of differentiated instruction, individualized learning trajectories, adapted curricula, and pedagogical support mechanisms. Particular attention is given to the use of visual aids, systematic reinforcement, activity-based teaching methods, and the development of communication and social skills. The role of teacher professional competence, parental involvement, and psychological support in creating an effective inclusive learning environment is emphasized. The findings indicate that well-structured didactic strategies enhance students’ academic motivation and facilitate their social integration within the inclusive classroom.
