Abstract

The article provides an extensive analysis of the psychological aspects of managing communication among teachers. In this study, teachers’ levels of self-regulation in the communication process were examined using M. Snyder’s methodology, and their communicative activity, adaptability, emotional stability, and social sensitivity were identified. The research was conducted using both the original and modified versions of the methodology, and the psychological characteristics related to teachers’ subject specialization were analyzed. The results offer scientifically grounded conclusions regarding teachers’ emotional stability, communicative adaptability, and their ability to manage conflict situations.
