THE “TEACHER OF THE FUTURE” MODEL: CONTENT, STRUCTURE AND CONCEPTUAL PRINCIPLES

This article examines the theoretical foundations, content, and conceptual principles of the “Teacher of the Future” model. The study is based on contemporary educational paradigms, the competency-based approach, learner-centered education, and digital pedagogy principles. The structure of the model includes key components such as professional pedagogical competencies, reflective thinking, communicative culture, readiness for innovative activity, and digital literacy. The article argues that the “Teacher of the Future” model serves as an effective framework for modernizing teacher education and strengthening professional identity formation among prospective educators. The research findings contribute to the development of updated training mechanisms in higher pedagogical education institutions.
