Abstract

Abstract

This article provides a theoretical analysis of the principles of continuous development of personal qualities of future teachers based on the concept of "lifelong learning." As a result of the research, the main principles of continuous development of personal qualities of future teachers have been systematized, and recommendations for their application in pedagogical practice have been developed. The article emphasizes that in the modern educational system, the teacher's continuous self-improvement, formation of reflective competencies, and acquisition of a lifelong learning culture are of great importance.
