Ushbu maqolada "lifelong learning" (uzluksiz o‘qish) konsepsiyasi asosida bo‘lajak o‘qituvchilarning shaxsiy sifatlarini uzluksiz rivojlantirish tamoyillari nazariy jihatdan tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot natijasida bo‘lajak o‘qituvchilarning shaxsiy sifatlarini uzluksiz rivojlantirishning asosiy tamoyillari tizimlashtirilib, ularning pedagogik amaliyotda qo‘llanilishi bo‘yicha tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan. Maqolada ta’kidlanishicha, zamonaviy ta’lim tizimida o‘qituvchining uzluksiz o‘z ustida ishlashi, refleksiv kompetensiyalarni shakllantirishi va uzluksiz o‘qish madaniyatini egallashi muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi.
