VALUE HARMONY IN PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION: ALIGNING THEORY AND PRACTICE

Ensuring value harmony in professional education is one of the priority directions of modern pedagogy and occupies a central place in shaping future specialists’ personal-professional development, professional identification, and social responsibility. Value harmony in the educational process is based on the complementarity of theoretical knowledge, moral principles, social needs, and practical activity. The study scientifically analyzes the content of the value system, its functions in the process of professional education, its role in the development of the student’s personality, as well as the psychological-pedagogical mechanisms of theory–practice integration.
