Abstract

This article presents a comparative analytical study of George Gordon Byron’s drama “Cain” and Abdurauf Fitrat’s work “Satan’s Revolt against God” from the perspective of dramatic concepts. The research examines the theme of rebellion, the conflict between the human and the divine, and the issues of freedom and fate, focusing on how these elements are interpreted in translation. While Byron’s work emphasizes individual consciousness, emotional struggle, and metaphysical inquiry, Fitrat’s drama is enriched with socio-philosophical content and symbolically represents complex relations between society, power, and the individual. The study identifies typological similarities and differences between the two works and highlights their national and cultural specificity. Special attention is paid to translation criteria such as adequacy of meaning, stylistic coherence, imagery, and preservation of poetic devices. Additionally, the research explores the use of artificial intelligence in textual analysis, proposing innovative approaches to identifying semantic and stylistic layers and comparing translation variants. As a result, interpretative transformations and typological correspondences in the translation of dramatic works are systematically revealed.
