Abstract

This article is devoted to the analysis of the features of the phonetic-phonemic aspect of speech in primary school children with speech disorders. The study examines both qualitative and quantitative characteristics of impairments, including articulation defects, phonemic perception, sound-letter analysis, and their impact on the development of reading and writing skills. Particular attention is paid to the relationship between phonetic and phonemic disorders and secondary learning difficulties. The author summarizes modern approaches to the diagnosis and correction of speech disorders and provides practical recommendations for teachers and speech therapists.
