Abstract

This article examines the theoretical and practical foundations of organizing the “Methodological Mastery Hour” event in preschool educational institutions aimed at enhancing teachers’ methodological competence. The study analyzes the forms, stages, and pedagogical effectiveness of this event. It highlights the role of various formats such as seminars, workshops, open lessons, and experience-sharing sessions in improving teachers’ professional skills. The article also explores the integration of innovative pedagogical approaches through methodological activities. As a result, an effective model for organizing the “Methodological Mastery Hour” is proposed.
