DIDACTIC PRINCIPLES AND THE ALGORITHM FOR INTEGRATING GAMIFICATION INTO RUSSIAN LANGUAGE TEACHING IN A DIGITAL EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT

The article provides a theoretical substantiation of didactic principles and an algorithm for integrating gamification into Russian language teaching within a digital educational environment. The relevance of the study is determined by the digital transformation of language education and the need for methodological solutions aimed at enhancing motivation and communicative competence development. Gamification is interpreted as a pedagogically structured process of integrating game mechanics and game design principles into educational activities. Its correlation with competence based and activity based approaches is substantiated. The study identifies key didactic principles of gamification, including goal orientation, content priority, systematicity, stage based progression, adaptability, variability, and feedback. An integration algorithm is proposed, comprising diagnostic analysis, game scenario design, selection of mechanics, digital implementation, instructional realization, and reflective evaluation. The findings demonstrate that properly designed gamification reduces speech anxiety, increases learner engagement, and facilitates the development of linguistic skills. The scientific novelty lies in the systematization of didactic foundations and the development of a reproducible model for implementing gamified Russian language instruction in digital learning environments. The practical significance is defined by the applicability of the proposed model in various educational institutions.
