IMPROVEMENT OF STUDENTS’ ACADEMIC MOBILITY (EXCHANGE) AND INTERCULTURAL COMMUNICATION COMPETENCE

This article analyzes the process of students’ academic mobility and its role in developing intercultural communication competence. Through academic exchange programs, students gain the opportunity to explore the educational systems, cultures, and social environments of different countries. This process contributes to the development of their communicative abilities, tolerance, and global thinking skills. The article examines the main directions of academic mobility, its impact on the quality of education and personal development, as well as methods for enhancing intercultural communication competence.
