Zamonaviy ta’lim tizimida kommunikativ kompetentlik kadrlar tayyorlashning asosiy yo‘nalishlaridan biri sifatida qaraladi. Tadqiqotda muloqot madaniyati va kommunikativ qobilyatlar o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro bog‘liqlik, ularni rivojlantirishning psixologik mexanizmlari hamda pedagogik sharoitlari tahlil qilingan. Maqolada xorijiy va mahalliy ilmiy adabiyotlar asosida talabalarning muloqot madaniyatini shakllantirish jarayonining nazariy-metodologik asoslari ochib berilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari ta’lim jarayonida kommunikativ qobilyatlarni rivojlantirishning samarali usul va vositalarini aniqlashga qaratilgan.
