Mazkur maqolada jahon akademik maydonida raqobatbardosh va ko‘p tilli mutaxassislarni tayyorlash modellari tahlil qilinadi, bunda xorijiy tillarni egallash muhim ustuvor yo‘nalish sifatida e’tirof etiladi. Zamonaviy jamiyat talablariga muvofiq til o‘qitish metodikasi oldiga yangi vazifalar qo‘yilayotgani, UNESCO tomonidan qabul qilingan “2030-yilgacha xalqaro ta’lim konsepsiyasi” asosida sifatli ta’limni rivojlantirish, mehnat bozori talablariga mos yuqori malakali kadrlar tayyorlashga qaratilgan global loyihalar amalga oshirilayotgani yoritiladi. Tadqiqotda kommunikativ kompetensiyaning lingvistik, sotsiomadaniy, pragmatik va diskursiv komponentlarini rivojlantirish zarurati asoslanadi hamda zamonaviy texnologiyalar asosida chet tillarni o‘qitish masalalari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Tadqiqotning maqsadi pedagogik OTMlarda rus tilini xorijiy til sifatida o‘qitishda “Til portfeli” texnologiyasidan foydalanish mexanizmlarini takomillashtirishdan iborat. Ob’ekt sifatida 654 nafar talaba ishtirok etgan holda Buxoro, Toshkent (Nizomiy nomidagi) va Urganch pedagogika institutlarida olib borilgan o‘quv jarayoni o‘rganilgan. Natijalar til portfeli texnologiyasi orqali o‘z-o‘zini nazorat qilish, baholash va refleksiya ko‘nikmalarini rivojlantirish samaradorligini ko‘rsatadi.
