Annotatsiya

Mazkur maqolada ta’lim tizimida alfa avlod vakillarini kasb-hunarga yo‘naltirish jarayonlarining uzviyligini ta’minlash masalasi tahlil qilinadi. Maktabgacha ta’lim bosqichida bolalarda kasblar haqidagi boshlang‘ich tasavvurlarni shakllantirishning ahamiyati, umumiy o‘rta ta’lim bosqichida esa o‘quvchilarning qobiliyat va qiziqishlarini aniqlashga qaratilgan psixologik-pedagogik qo‘llab-quvvatlash usullari yoritiladi. Kasbiy ta’lim tizimida tanlangan yo‘nalish bo‘yicha amaliy ko‘nikmalar hamda mehnat bozori talablariga mos kompetensiyalarni shakllantirish jarayoni tahlil etiladi. Maqolada ta’limning barcha bosqichlarida kasbga yo‘naltirish jarayonlarining izchilligini ta’minlovchi yagona tizimning ahamiyati, ayniqsa raqamli muhitda ulg‘ayayotgan alfa avlodining ehtiyojlari bilan bog‘liq holda asoslab beriladi.
