Annotatsiya

Mazkur maqolada bo‘lajak boshlang‘ich ta’lim o‘qituvchilarini funksional savodxonlik asosida professional rivojlantirishning tashkiliy shakllari ilmiy-nazariy jihatdan asoslab berilgan. Tadqiqotda kompetensiyaviy yondashuv, reflektiv ta’lim nazariyasi hamda amaliyotga yo‘naltirilgan o‘qitish konsepsiyalari metodologik asos sifatida olindi. Tahlillar natijasida professional rivojlantirishning samarali shakllari sifatida reflektiv seminarlar, amaliy laboratoriyalar, portfolio texnologiyasi, maktab bilan integratsiyalashgan klinik amaliyot va professional o‘quv hamjamiyatlari aniqlashtirildi. Ushbu shakllarning o‘zaro integratsiyasi bo‘lajak o‘qituvchilarda reflektiv fikrlash, metodik moslashuvchanlik va innovatsion pedagogik faoliyat ko‘nikmalarini rivojlantirishi asoslab berildi.
