Ushbu maqolada umumta’lim maktablarida musiqa fani o‘qituvchisining kasbiy ko‘nikmalari tushunchasi izchil yoritilib, uning pedagogik tavsifi zamonaviy kompetensiyaviy yondashuv asosida tizimlashtiriladi. Tadqiqot konseptual-tahliliy yo‘nalishda bo‘lib, musiqa o‘qituvchisining kasbiy ko‘nikmalari musiqiy savod (nota o‘qish-yozish, ritmika, lad-tonallik, intervallar, akkord va triadalar, oddiy garmonik funksiyalarni sezish), amaliy ijrochilik (vokal, ansambl, fortepiano/klaviatura, jo‘rnavozlik, milliy cholg‘ularda elementar ijro), didaktik-metodik dizayn (o‘quv natijalarini rejalash, repertuar tanlash, faol metodlar, integratsiya, differensial yondashuv), psixologik-pedagogik muloqot va tarbiyaviy ta’sir (sinf iqlimi, motivatsiya, sahna qo‘rquvini yengish, inklyuzivlik), hamda raqamli-media kompetensiya (audio/video yozuv, tahrir, raqamli portfel, bulutli musiqa laboratoriyalari) integratsiyasi sifatida talqin qilinadi. Xorijiy ta’lim hujjatlari va amaliyotidan (Angliya musiqa bo‘yicha dasturiy yo‘riqnomalari, AQSh san’at ta’limi standartlari, Finlyandiya milliy asosiy o‘quv dasturi, UNESCO san’at ta’limi kun tartibi) kelib chiqib, musiqa ta’limi natijalarini “yaratish–ijro–idrok etish–bog‘lash” mantiqida qurish, darslarni loyiha asosida tashkil etish, baholashni rubrika va portfel orqali shaffoflashtirish, shuningdek maktab–bolalar musiqa va san’at maktabi–madaniyat markazi hamkorligini yo‘lga qo‘yish taklif etiladi. Maqolada O‘zbekiston sharoitida Prezident qarorlari bilan belgilangan ustuvor vazifalarga tayangan holda musiqa o‘qituvchilari kasbiy ko‘nikmalarini yangilashga qaratilgan innovatsion paket (raqamli musiqa savodi modullari, qisqa ijro namoyishi, tinglash tahlili protokoli, STEAM integratsiyasi, milliy cholg‘u amaliyoti, metodik mentorlik) asoslanadi va amaliy tavsiyalar beriladi.
