Ushbu maqolada konstruktiv ta’lim yondashuvi asosida talabalarning ijodkorlik va liderlik kompetensiyalarini rivojlantirishning metodik tizimi ilmiy-nazariy jihatdan asoslab berilgan. Tadqiqotda konstruktiv yondashuvning ta’lim jarayonidagi o‘rni, uning ijodiy fikrlash va yetakchilik sifatlarini shakllantirishdagi imkoniyatlari ochib berilgan. Metodik tizimning maqsadi, vazifalari, mazmuni, shakl va metodlari hamda natijaviy komponentlari izchil tahlil qilingan. Maqolada talabalarning faol bilish jarayoniga jalb etilishi, muammoli vaziyatlar asosida mustaqil qaror qabul qilishi va jamoada samarali liderlik ko‘nikmalarini rivojlantirish mexanizmlari yoritilgan.
