Maqolada ommaviy axborot vositalari (OAV)ning madaniy me’yorlar va qadriyatlarni shakllantirishdagi o‘rni ijtimoiy-falsafiy hamda sotsiologik yondashuvlar doirasida tahlil qilinadi. OAVning normativ, konstruktiv, integrativ, nazorat va konfliktogen funksiyalari tizimlashtiriladi. Shuningdek, raqamli platformalar sharoitida algoritmik tavsiyalar, axborot pufaklari, posthaqiqat, dezinformatsiya, mediamadaniyat va media savodxonlik masalalari yoritiladi. Tadqiqot natijasida OAVning qadriyatlar dinamikasiga ta’siri ko‘p omilli ekani, ijtimoiy barqarorlik uchun esa media savodxonlikni kuchaytirish, etik standartlarni qat’iylashtirish va platforma javobgarligini oshirish zarurligi asoslanadi.
