Mazkur maqolada oliy ta’limda fizika o‘qitishda 4K kompetensiyalar — tanqidiy fikrlash, kreativlik, kommunikativlik va hamkorlikni shakllantirish hamda ularni ta’lim amaliyotiga tatbiq etish masalasi xorijiy va mahalliy tajribalar qiyosiy tahlili asosida yoritilgan. Unda 4K kompetensiyalarning oliy ta’limda fizikani o‘qitish mazmuni va metodikasi bilan uyg‘unligi, rivojlangan ta’lim tizimlaridagi yondashuvlar hamda mahalliy amaliyotdagi mavjud imkoniyatlar tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, ma’ruza, amaliy va laboratoriya mashg‘ulotlari, masala yechish, loyiha faoliyati, guruhli ish, STEAM yondashuvi va raqamli texnologiyalar orqali ushbu kompetensiyalarni rivojlantirishning metodik imkoniyatlari asoslangan.
