DEVELOPMENT OF THE SENSORIMOTOR SPHERE IN CHILDREN WITH DYSARTHRIA BASED ON A NEUROPSYCHOLOGICAL APPROACH

This article comprehensively examines the problem of developing the sensorimotor sphere in children with dysarthria based on a neuropsychological approach. The theoretical foundations of child neuropsychology, findings of scientific research, mechanisms of speech disorders, and the specific features of afferent and efferent impairments are analyzed. The influence of motor and kinesthetic deficits on speech activity in dysarthria is revealed. The article substantiates the diagnostic and corrective potential of the neuropsychological approach and highlights the importance of a comprehensive intervention in sensorimotor development. It also analyzes the manifestations of articulatory apraxia, kinetic and kinesthetic disorders in children with dysarthria. A specialized educational program aimed at developing the sensorimotor sphere in children with dysarthria is presented. The program is focused on enhancing sensorimotor and gnostic functions, praxis, and general motor activity in preschool children.
