Abstract

This article analyzes the digitalization of registrar office activities and mechanisms of ergonomic integration in higher education institutions. The aim of the study is to develop a model for improving efficiency through the integration of digital management tools and ergonomic approaches. The research uses system analysis, comparative analysis, modeling, synthesis of scientific sources, and observation. The findings show that digitalization of registrar office operations should not be limited to the implementation of technologies alone; it must also include user-friendly interfaces, balanced staff workload, ergonomically organized workplaces, and simplified service processes. As a result, an integrated mechanism based on the interrelation of digital management, human factor, ergonomic environment, and monitoring is proposed. This mechanism contributes to greater service speed, accuracy, transparency, and user satisfaction. The study concludes that modernization of registrar office management in higher education requires the parallel development of digitalization and ergonomic integration.
