THE IMPACT OF CERTAINTY AND UNCERTAINTY ON THE SOCIALIZATION OF HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS IN SOCIETY

The article analyzes the problems of socialization of high school students, focusing on the social classifications of certainty and uncertainty in evaluating human capital within the public education system and secondary schools. It examines the historical stages of the development of intellectual potential in education, its scientific foundations, cyclical significance, as well as the criteria and social causes of its emergence. As the scale of the problem expands and becomes more widespread, academic debates on public education issues become a central theme of research. The author also provides a systematic sociological analysis of the development of knowledge-based economies, the implementation of nanotechnologies, and innovation-driven growth in the global community, including CIS countries.
