The article examines the professional conditions of pedagogical staff and their individual personal characteristics, analyzing their impact on the development of professional burnout syndrome. The specific features of pedagogical activity, its effectiveness, motivation, motives of authority and assistance, pedagogical abilities, and personal traits are considered as significant factors influencing the formation of burnout. It is emphasized that procedural and outcome indicators of pedagogical activity, individual adaptation, and the intellectual, emotional, and communicative qualities of teachers play a crucial role in determining the level of professional burnout.
