A COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF NATURE IMAGERY IN THE INTERPRETATION OF HOMELAND IN THE POETRY OF ERKIN VOHIDOV AND SERGEY YESENIN

This article provides a comparative-typological analysis of the expression of the theme of Motherland and native land through images of nature in the poetry of prominent representatives of 20th-century Uzbek and Russian literature, Erkin Vohidov and Sergey Yesenin. In the works of both poets, nature is revealed not merely as a landscape, but as a means of expressing the lyrical hero's state of mind, national identity, love for the Motherland, and philosophical experiences. The article also highlights E. Vohidov's skill in translating S. Yesenin's poems into Uzbek and the issues of preserving the artistic and aesthetic value of the originals in translations.
