FORMATION OF DIDACTIC COMPETENCE IN INTEGRATIVE INTERCULTURAL FOREIGN LANGUAGE TEACHING

Abstract

This article examines the theoretical and methodological foundations for the formation of didactic competence of future foreign language teachers within the framework of an integrative intercultural approach. Special attention is paid to the interrelation between linguistic and cultural components of learning, as well as the role of intercultural communication in developing professional qualities of the individual. A structural model of competence is presented, including cognitive, communicative, personal, and methodological components. The results show that the integration of linguistic and cultural content contributes to the formation of a multicultural personality and enhances the effectiveness of the educational process.
