CREATING A FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT IN PREPARING FUTURE SPECIAL EDUCATORS FOR INCLUSIVE ACTIVITIES

This article examines the pedagogical and psychological foundations of teaching children
with special educational needs in inclusive education settings, as well as the importance of
collaborative learning. It substantiates the necessity of creating equal opportunities for all students in the context of modern educational transformations. The study analyzes how the formation of a
supportive and friendly environment contributes to students’ social adaptation and personal
development. Particular attention is given to the role of special educators and the mechanisms for
establishing effective interaction between children with special needs and their peers.
