THE EFFECTIVENESS OF DIGITAL PLATFORMS IN DEVELOPING LEXICAL COMPETENCE IN THE GERMAN LANGUAGE

This article analyzes the effectiveness of digital platforms in the formation of lexical competence in German language learners. Modern digital technologies, in particular mobile applications and online platforms, play an important role in individualizing the language learning process, increasing motivation, and supporting independent learning. The study involved 42 German language students from Kokand State University, who were divided into two groups (experimental and control). The experimental group used Duolingo, Quizlet, and Deutsch.info platforms for 8 weeks. The results showed that lexical competence increased by 32% in the group using digital platforms, while in the control group this figure was 14%. Also, the level of foreign language anxiety in the experimental group significantly decreased.
