COMMUNICATION METHODS FOR PRACTICAL USE OF THE RUSSIAN LANGUAGE IN THE PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES OF BANK EMPLOYEES

This article analyzes the communicative methods aimed at the practical use of the Russian language in the professional activities of bank employees from a scientific and pedagogical perspective. The relevance of the topic is determined by the increasing importance of multilingual communication, particularly Russian, in ensuring effective interaction with clients in the banking sector. The aim of the study is to identify effective communicative methods that enhance the Russian language communicative competence of bank employees. The research employs theoretical analysis, observation, and a comparative approach. The findings reveal that dialogic communication, situational tasks, and the use of professional terminology significantly contribute to the development of employees’ speech skills. The scientific novelty lies in substantiating a communicative model of teaching Russian tailored to banking activities. The practical significance of the study is reflected in the development of methodological recommendations that improve professional communication and service quality in the banking sector.
