Diagnostic criteria and indicators for each component are substantiated, and levels for evaluating innovative mobility are proposed. In addition, a diagnostic tool based on the Likert scale is developed. The results of the study can be used to determine the level of teachers’ innovative mobility and to design strategies for its development.
