Abstract

This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the theoretical foundations and methodological approaches to the social protection of children with disabilities. The study examines medical, social, biopsychosocial, and legal models of social protection, highlighting their advantages and limitations. Furthermore, the importance of modern inclusive policies, individual rehabilitation programs, and family-oriented social work methods is justified. Through the author’s personal perspectives, the need to improve the social protection system in the context of Uzbekistan is revealed.
