Annotatsiya

Mazkur maqolada bo‘lajak muhandislarning texnologik ijodkorlik kompetensiyasini 
rivojlantirish masalasi zamonaviy pedagogikaning dolzarb muammolaridan biri sifatida tahlil 
qilinadi. Tadqiqotda texnologik ijodkorlik kompetensiyasining mazmun-mohiyati, tarkibiy 
tuzilmasi, kasbiy tayyorgarlik jarayonidagi o‘rni hamda uni shakllantirishga ta’sir etuvchi 
pedagogik omillar yoritiladi. Shuningdek, oliy ta’lim muassasalarida muhandislik ta’limini tashkil 
etish jarayonida innovatsion yondashuvlar, amaliy yo‘naltirilgan topshiriqlar, loyiha faoliyati, 
muammoli ta’lim va integrativ metodlarning ahamiyati ochib beriladi. Maqolada texnologik 
ijodkorlik kompetensiyasini rivojlantirish bo‘lajak muhandislarning kasbiy moslashuvchanligi, 
mustaqil fikrlashi, ishlab chiqarish muammolariga kreativ yechim topa olishi va innovatsion 
faoliyatga tayyorligini ta’minlovchi muhim pedagogik natija sifatida asoslanadi. Tadqiqot 
natijalari muhandislik ta’limi mazmunini takomillashtirish va bo‘lajak mutaxassislarning 
texnologik salohiyatini rivojlantirishga xizmat qiladi.
