Annotatsiya

Mazkur maqola pedagoglarni kasbiy faoliyatga tayyorlash jarayonida kompetensiyaviy yondashuvning ahamiyatini ilmiy asosda o‘rganishga bag‘ishlangan. Tadqiqot metodologiyasi shaxsga yo‘naltirilgan, aksiologik va kompetensiyaviy yondashuvlarni o‘z ichiga olgan. Ilmiy tahlil, nazariy taqqoslash, tizimlashtirish va konseptual modellashtirish metodlari yordamida bo‘lajak pedagoglarning kasbiy tayyorgarlik jarayoni va malaka standartlariga mos kompetensiyalar tizimi o‘rganildi. Tadqiqot natijalari kompetensiyaviy yondashuvning o‘quvchilarni samarali o‘qitish, kasbiy bilim va ko‘nikmalarni shakllantirish, shuningdek pedagogik va ijtimoiy kompetensiyalarni rivojlantirishda muhim rol o‘ynashini ko‘rsatdi. Shuningdek, xalqaro va milliy tajribalar bilan solishtirish orqali yondashuvning amaliy ahamiyati tasdiqlandi.
